Every send* method follows the same shape: a chat_id saying where the message goes, a reference you choose, and the content itself. Options like reply_to_message_id, to_user_id, caption, and web_page_preview behave the same way across all of them.

Any outgoing message can carry an inline menu, and every one of them is acknowledged with messageAck.
